This is a cutting edge fitness and health facility... love going here! Easy parking, walk right in to a beautiful space, welcomed by lovely people. Can get a massage, facial, yoga, workout class, sauna, cold plunge, red-light bed, sound bed, SALT Room that is tranquil and has lounging space, huge showers, locker rooms with an infrared sauna, and super clean... Elegance galore, yet earthy and happy. So lucky it's here in Annapolis!
Such a lovely retreat! A beautiful space that encourages relaxation, an escape from the days' craziness. A spot where everyone is happy, even the cold plungers! My Sunday afternoon visits are a great way to start the week.
SHED is an unmatched experience in the Greater Annapolis area. I have done Bikram yoga (26-2) for 10 years at studios around the country, and this place easily tops them all. The instructors are incredible. But that is only part of the experience at SHED; it has the nicest Finnish hot sauna I have seen, the cold plunge tub is large and meticulously maintained, beautiful locker room facilities, and the large salt cave, where they hold meditation and breath-work classes, is phenomenal. But the real currency of SHED is the value the owners place on their members' experiences.
Absolutely the best place in Annapolis for Yoga and Wellness. Variety of excellent options including Yoga, Sauna, Cold Plunge and Salt Room that puts you in the right place. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Yoga teachers are outstanding.
I love the Zend Bed, especially on days when I don't have time to get sweaty but still need a reset. It's the perfect way tot recharge without the effort. Every time I use it, my mind finally quiets down and I walk away feeling completely refreshed and re-centered. Toal game changer for busy days!
SHED is a hidden gem and little oasis in this hectic life. The staff is warm and friendly. the instructors are top-notch and well-skilled, the facility is unique to our area and offers cold plunge, sauna, infrared sauna, salt cave, red light therapy and more... and it's beautiful as well. You can tell every aspect is well thought out. It's my happy place.
